硕士学位论文题目 银行资金评估预警咨询系统 专业名称： 计算机理论与软件 申 请 人： 导 师： 答辩委员会组成（签名） 主席： 委员：  摘 要 使用事实和规则的AI推理技术的最成功应用之一是建立专家系统，专家系统包含了人类努力探索的一个专门领域的知识，如医疗、工程和商业。在解决问题中，通过运用知识体达到专家级水平的AI程序叫做知识库系统或专家系统。 专家系统的主要部分是知识库和推理引擎。知识库由事实和有关讨论主题的规则构成。推理引擎由所有操纵知识库来演绎用户要求的信息的过程构成――如归结、前向链或反向链。 针对我国金融监管的现状，本文讨论了如何建立有效的基于人工智能的银行资金评估预警咨询系统，对金融机构进行风险评估和预警。并建立了一个原型系统，通过具体的运行实例，证实了该系统能在金融机构风险评估预警中发挥重要作用。 关键词：人工智能，知识工程，银行，金融监管  Bank’s Capital Evaluate and Risk Foretell System Computer Software Name: Zhangqihong Supervisor: Professor JiangYunfei ABSTRACT One of the most successful applications of AI reasoning techniques using facts and rules has been in building expert systems that embody knowledge about a specialized field of human endeavor, such as medicine, engineering, or business. AI programs that achieve expert-level competence in solving problems by bring to bear a body of knowledge are called knowledge-based systems or expert systems. The major parts of the expert system are the knowledge base and the inference engine. The knowledge base consists of facts and rules about the subject at hand. The inference engine consists of all the processes that manipulate the knowledge base to deduce information requested by the user-resolution or forward or backward chaining. According to the situation of Banking Supervision in our country, this paper discusses how to set up an AI-based Bank’s Capital Evaluate and Risk Foretell System, which evaluates and foretells financial risk. I make a simple system which is proved can work in evaluating and foretelling financial risk by some examples.
