摘 要 JTB系列提升绞车可供煤矿、金属矿、非金属矿在倾斜巷道作升降物料和人员之用,也可作为小型竖井地提升设备.据制造工艺地不同,可把提升机地滚筒结构分为铸造一焊接混合型(支轮为铸造,滚筒为焊接)和焊接型. 机械传动系统包括减速器和联轴器矿井提升机主轴地转数由于受提升速度地限制,一般在l0一60转／分之间,而用作拖动地电动机地转数,一般在480一960转／分之间.这样,除采用低速直流电动机拖动外,一般情况下不能将主轴与电动机直接联接,中间必须经过减速器.因而减速器地作用是减速传递动力.联轴器由半联轴器、柱销等零件组成.由于柱销具有缓冲和减震作用,因而具有传动平稳、噪音小、安全可靠、易于维护等优点.主轴与减速器输出轴地连接采用齿式联轴器. 润滑系统是一切机械系统中很重要地一个环节.润滑系统地作用是：在提升机工作时,不间断地向主轴承、减边器轴承和啮合齿面压送润滑油,以保证轴承和齿轮能良好地工作润滑系统必须与自动保护系统和主电动机联锁 电动机通过主轴驱动滚筒．主轴也是传动地主要部件.提升绞车主轴应能承受工作过程中地外负荷而不发生残余变形和过量地弹性变形,同时要保证一定地使用寿命.主轴往往是提升机中重量最大地一个零件,其尺寸和传递地力矩也较大. 关键词：提升JTB Series hoist which is used for coal, metal mining and non-metal mining.It can raise materials and people in the tilt roadway or be used as the upgrading equipment in small shaft.According to different manufacturing processes,we could classify the hoist drum structure into hybrid casting-welding type(support wheel for casting, roller for welding) and welding type. The mechanical transmission system includes reducer and coupling.The main axis of hoist is restricted by raising speed,so it is general 10 to 60 r/min.At the same time,the motor which is used to drag is between 480 and 960 r/min.In this way,besides using low speed DC motor to drag.Spindle can not connected with the motor directly under normal circumstances,but through by the middle reducer.Reducer is used to slow down speeds and transfer power.Coupling is composed of semi-coupling and column component parts.Because of columns contain buffer and shock-absorbing functions, so they have a smooth drive,small noise,safety, reliability, easy to maintain benefits and so on.Spindle and the output shaft of reducer are often using gear-coupling to connect.
