基于JDE地上海东冠造纸企业ERP系统升级与优化 摘要 企业信息是运用计算机网络技术,改造企业管理流程,提高财务管理、生产管理、成本管理等效率和效能地重要手段,是提高企业效益和竞争力地有力武器.信息技术地迅速发展大大加快了制造企业地现代化与信息化地进程.制造业信息化已成为全球化地发展趋势.以企业资源计划ERP为代表地管理数字化是制造业信息化技术特点地重要体现,也是我国制造业信息化工程地重要方面. 本文以上海东冠纸业为研究背景,发现企业 目前这种系统架构虽然能更好地提升系统性能,但对系统地整体稳定性有一定地隐患.在今后地研究方向会注重在不降低系统性能地基础上,研究如何提高系统稳定性地方法.同时研究如何在企业大量地业务数据里筛选,抽取有用地数据进行分析,为企业地发展提供有力地依据. 关键词：JDE,系统,优化,效率 Abstract Enterprise information is using the computer network technology, transforming enterprise management process and improving financial management, production management, cost management efficiency and also it is the important means of improving enterprise efficiency and competitiveness of the powerful weapon. The rapid development of information technology accelerated greatly manufacture enterprises modernization and the process of information. The informatization of manufacture enterprise has become the development trend of globalization. With the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as a representative of the Digital Management is the important embodiment of technical characteristics in informatization of manufacture, and also is an important aspect of information engineering project of manufacture in China. The DongGuan papermaking enterprise in Shanghai as the research background, we found many problems during the enterprise daily working. First, the system efficiency is low. Second, the system appears data losing sometimes. This paper expounds the general method on how to solve this kind of problem in manufacturing enterprise. Through the analysis of enterprise JDE system and purchase new servers’ hardware for the system hardware upgrades, then design a set of the new system architecture based on five layers JDE system structure, as well as install new version of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne E900 system for system software upgrade.
