Resea rch on New Community Management Mode in Urban ConstructionSp饥ialty:Civil Construction and ManagementPb.D Caodidate: Yang Zhongxuan Supervisor:Prof. Jin WeixingAbstractWith the rapid deve10pment of Chinas economy society and expanding of the city sizes，lhe conslruction of new urban areas and new community are changing day by day，the structure of the old urban areas and communities are a1so undergoingprofound changes .Community has become an essentia1 city unit and played an important role in the development of city. The questions and management of community 缸e increasingly emphasized by the govemment，and a1so becomes one ofthe study focuses of theory circle.ln this paper，the community is considered as a system， makes an empiricalstudy on the existing problems of city community management ， integrates multi-disciplinary knowledge，and put forward a new type of city communitymanagement system and the virtual organization management theory of city community based on the virtual organization theory，which provide with a series of possible measures for solving the existing problems of city community management.This articlehas been subsided by the scientific and technological pr吗lect of Henan Province theIntegration of Digital community Techno1ogy and Management)) ，and the study contents and achíevements ínclude the following aspects:Carried out an empirícal study on the the exísting problems of city community management based on the domestic and íntemational research status and the result ofquestionnaire s町V町.Through the descriptive statistical analysis and analytic hierarchy ，systematically revealed the occurrence，development and distribution rule of existing problems of city community management.Through the factor analysis on questionnaire survey found that many extema1 appearance of the existing problems of communitymanagement exist severa1 public factors. To further study the distribution rule of the existing prob1ems intemal origin，carried out the s
