The next edition of SAWO: 9-11 April 2014 The SAWO International Fair of Work Protection, Fire-Fighting and Rescue Equipment is organized every two years. SAWO 2012 fair broke records in terms of the number of exhibitors and occupied exhibition space. SAWO 2012 was participated by 224 companies from 20 countries. 28% companies came from abroad. Beside leading Polish companies, the Poznań fair was attended by Europe’s recognised producers and distributors of global brands. SEE THE MOVIE For OHS specialists For visitors professionally dealing with hygiene and safety of work, the exhibitors prepared a cross-sectional and diversified offer filled with novelties. The fair exhibition was supplemented with an interesting programme of conferences and workshops that enjoyed immense interest. For professional and volunteer fire brigades The 2012 SAWO exhibition of equipment for rescue services was larger than in previous years. Apart from firefighter’s personal protection equipment, the exhibitors presented modern equipment, fire extinguishing and rescue vehicles, and even a multi-task helicopter. The programme of the fair also included a conference titled: “20 years of the National Fire Brigade –progress in fire fighting technology”. On the first day of SAWO, a show of cutting edge solutions in firefighting and lifesaving, organised by Fire-Max, was organised. Prizewinners Some of the products and solutions presented at the fair were submitted to the 2012 SAWO Grand Prix and Gold Medal competitions.
