We also summarize the areas for improvement in the implementation of building carbon emission trading and propose operational-level assessment comments and improvement recommendations on the building carbon emission trading mechanism of Shenzhen. The specific content is as follows: Summarize the operational-level problems encountered in the implementation of specific tasks, analyze and assess the suitability and completeness of the technical approaches proposed by the original trading mechanism, and put forward optimization recommendations in terms of the following four core aspects in the building carbon emission trading system of Shenzhen: quota allocation, trading mechanism, Monitoring, Reporting and Verifying (MRV) mechanism, and application of government guide fund.
