According to the literature and expert advice, the dimensions of aesthetic literacy was built. Aesthetic Literacy Scale was constructed after item analysis and content validity. The researcher adopted both online and paper questionnaires to collect the data of adults above 20 years old. The study found that: different gender, age and education, would be significant dif- ferences in aesthetic literacy, and no significant differences in different areas. This stu- dy provides a way to observe the aesthetic literacy through the construction of the scale. Researcher expect a quick check of aesthetic literacy, while containing important aes- thetic aspects, and the aestheticization of everyday life.
