体育狂欢 ——惠灵顿SEVENS橄榄球锦标赛的狂欢化读解 中文提要 新西兰是一个体育的国度，户外运动在新西兰国民的生活中占有相当重要的位置。体育同时是新西兰的历史文化最重要一页，并且积极参与了国家意识形态的构建。本文从体育文化着手，系连并读解新西兰社会的多重层面。选取惠灵顿SEVENS橄榄球锦标赛为具体文本，运用法兰克福学派的“语境化”的文化研究方法，致力于运用多重视角阐释“狂欢节”语境；同时，将巴赫金的“狂欢化”文学理论引入社会文化研究领域。本文既致力于勾勒新西兰在全球化视域下的身份处境；又关注媒体文化视角下的社会内部多重力量冲突激荡所构成的张力；最后阐释狂欢化的体育文化所具有的哲学意蕴。 新西兰浓厚的体育氛围和前人学者卓有成成效的学术成果为我开展对惠灵顿SEVENS橄榄球锦标赛的研究提供了可能性保障。社会学理论多重视角对巴赫金“狂欢理论”的片面性进行补充修正；巴赫金“狂欢理论”也能有效增益社会学研究可能的路径——这是以“狂欢理论”分析SEVENS所具有的理论价值。SEVENS的狂欢语境，从编织出来的一刻起，就脱离了编织者的控制，而具有了极强的成长性。这种不可控性和成长性，保证了它较为准确的转译了新西兰社会多重力量的冲突因而为我们透过这一特定的体育文化文本观察新西兰社会提供了合法性。’s everyday life as well as take active part in constructing national identity construction. This essay starts with analyzing sports culture to connect and interpret several dimensions of New Zealand Society. It chooses Wellington SEVENS Rugby Tournament as a concrete text, uses the “Contextualized” cultural study approach of Frankfurt school to interpret “Carnival” context from multiple angles, introduces Bakhtin’s Carnival Theory into socio-culture study domain at the same time. I try to landscape the situation of New Zealand’s national identity in the globalization context, then, observe the controversies and pressure created by multiple forces inside the society through media telescope, and finally demonstrate the philosophical meaning of the carnival sports cultural text. The heavy sports atmosphere of New Zealand and previous effective academic achievements provide me the possibility of doing research of Wellington SEVENS Rugby Tournament. The multiple angles of sociology theories can amend the bias of Bakhtin’s Carnival Theory; and on the other hand, Bakhtin’s Carnival Theory can be supplement to the possible approaches of social study—that is the theory significance of doing carnival study of SEVENS.
