PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 摘要 农村学校体育教育是农村学校教育的重要组成部分，是解决“三农”问题的关键，同时也是国家推行素质教育的主要环节之一。本文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等研究方法对长阳、利川、阳新、通山等四县113所农村中小学体育课程、课外体育活动、课余训练、体育竞赛、师资力量、场地设施等现状进行调查，了解长阳、利川、阳新、通山等四县农村中小学体育教育现状，分析存在的主要问题，提出有效的发展对策，促进长阳、利川、阳新、通山等四县中小学体育教育可持续发展，具有一定的理论参考价值和实践意义。 调查结果表明：目前，湖北省经济欠发达地区农村中小学体育教育现状与当地的经济发展状况基本一致。但是，农村学校体育仍然存在教师专业水平较低、体育课时不足、课外体育活动次数较少、课余训练形式单一、体育竞赛普及程度较低和硬件设施不够完善等问题。 针对湖北省经济欠发达地区农村中小学体育存在的问题，提出相应的对策： （1）优化师资结构，提高教师待遇； （2）开足开齐课程，强化体育锻炼； （3）创新课外体育，点燃运动激情； （4）构建组织机构，合理开展训练； （5）健全竞赛体系，丰富竞赛内容； （6）加大经费投入，完善硬件设施。 关键词: 湖北省；经济欠发达；农村学校；体育 Abstract The primary and secondary education in rural areas is an important part of rural education, and it is also the key of the three rural issues. It is the main link of the country to carry out the quality education. This article mainly through literature, data statistics and questionnaire survey in Changyang, Lichuan, Yangxin, Tongshan four county 113 rural primary and middle schools physical education status survey, understand the physical education present situation of primary and middle schools in Changyang County, Lichuan, Yangxin, Tongshan four county 113 rural, analyzed the existing problems. Put forward the feasible countermeasure, provides solutions for the sustainable development of physical education in Changyang County, Lichuan, and Yangxin, four Tongshan County school, to provide a reference for the educational administration department in china.
