These characteristics make enterprises in traditional model can’t adapt the new environment well. Business informatization is one of effective ways that can improve competitive ability of modern companies. Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRPⅡ) and Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) are important methods of management informatization and offspring of advanced management thought and Computer technology. The paper combines theory with Practice. First, the paper reviews the theories and research status of ERP and BPR. Second, Base on these theories, the paper analyzes in detail the whole course of ERP system implement in DG company, including project advancement, feasibility analysis, software choice, general planning, team frame, training before implement, basis data collection, business process reengineering. Third, the paper appraises the performance of ERP system application in DG company referencing to enterprise informatization index system published by CHINA NATIONAL INFORMATIZATION EVALUATION CENTER. The last, the paper analyses and summarizes the success experiences of ERP system implement process in DG
