试用期考核Performance Appraisal during Probation3.1试用期3.1 Probation Period3.1.1.试用期为30天，自新进人员入厂之日起计算。3.1.1 All members of new employee shall be employed on a 30-day probation, as of the day on which new employee joins the Factory.3.2.考核内容、标准及分数3.2 Content, Standards and Points of Appraisal3.2.1.基本素质3.2.1 Basic Qualities3.2.1.1.体能：身体健康，吃苦耐劳，有胜任本职工作的体能，能承受一定工作压力，无传染疾病及其他影响正常工作的疾病。3.2.1.1 Physical ability: the employee shall be physically healthy, physically suitable for the job, and bear work stress, and be free of any infectious diseases or other diseases that may affect regular work.3.2.1.2.品行：思想端正，品行良好，认同公司企业文化和经营理念，无不良嗜好。3.2.1.2 Behaviors: the employee shall have upright way of thinking and good behaviors, agree with corporate culture and operation philosophy of the Company, and be free of bad habits.3.2.1.3.以上两点考评为合格或不合格，任一项不合格即予以淘汰，两项同时合格才能进行以下考评。3.2.1.3 Results of the two contents aforementioned herein are “qualified” or “disqualified”. Any employee with one “disqualified” will be eliminated, whereas, the one with two “qualified” is permitted to have following appraisals.3.2.2.工作能力（40分）3.2.2 Competence (40 points)3.2.2.1.反应领会能力（18分）3.2.2.1 Ability of grasping and responding (18 points)3.2.2.1.1.较好：反应快，行动迅速，能随机应变；悟性好，能触类旁通、举一反三（15-18分）。3.2.2.1.1 Excellent: fast respond, act quickly, and adjust to changing circumstances. Very good sense of understanding, be able to comprehend by analog and infer other things from one fact (15-18 points)3.2.2.1.2.一般：反应一般，行动一般，有时能应变；悟性一般，对不懂之处加以指点后能明白（11-14分）。3.2.2.1.2 Average: average respond, act averagely, adjust to changing circumstances sometimes, good sense of understanding, be able to comprehend the difficulties after he/she is slightly instructed (11-14 points)3.2.2.1.3.较差：反应较慢，行动迟缓，应变力差，需重复指导才能明白（0-10分）。3.2.2.1.3 Poor: slowly respond, slowly act, low ability of adjusting to changing circumstances, be able to comprehend difficulties after he/she has been instructed for many times.
