In the present, E-HR only provides functions of organization unit information and relationship maintenance. But, more and more clients show the interest of the organization structure drawing display. So the work of showing the organization structure drawing is necessary. This paper describes the organization structure drawing which unfold the organization unit with the graphic mode in order to make the user understand the organization unit structure better. The main functions includes setting display options of organization structure drawing, showing organization unit information in details, displaying current organization structure by tree or umbrella display mode, position and people information of current organization unit, etc. The design mode is B/S. The development is based on J2EE platform. The language is Java language. Oracle9i is used as data storage.
