河南机电高等专科学校 毕业设计说明书（论文） 宝来汽车手动变速器的结构与维修 系 部： 汽车工程系 专 业： 汽车制造与装配技术 班 级： 汽制112 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2013年 11月 30日 摘要 变速器作为汽车的一个重要组成部分，是用来改变发动机传到驱动轮上的转矩和转速，目的是在原地起步、爬坡、转弯、加速等各种行驶工况下使汽车获得不同的牵引力和速度。现在无论哪种汽车，要想正常在公路上行驶，变速器是汽车必不可少的零件。而在变速器中，手动变速器技术成熟且传动效率比自动变速器要高，仍为未来变速器市场中的主流产品。作为汽车的必需品，变速器的质量好坏决定了汽车的好坏。合理地装配变速器能使发动机功率得到最合理的利用，从而提高汽车动力性和经济性。本文对宝来汽车手动变速器的功用以及工作原理做了介绍和分析，讨论了手动变速器输入轴与齿轮的装配关系以及齿轮的啮合精度，以此来对宝来汽车手动变速器做深入的研究。 关键词：手动变速器，转矩，经济性，传动比 ABSTRACT Transmission an important component of car is used to change the engine reached the powerwheele’s torque and rotational speed, in order to getdifferent power and speed in start, climbing, turning, accelerating, and other case of travel.
