北京数字天域公司信息化建设现状及对策研究 摘 要：二十世纪九十年代以来，随着计算机网络技术的高速度发展，推动人类大跨步进入了信息时代。全世界性的网络化、信息化进程大大的提高了人类社会生产的效率，为人们的社会生活带来很大的方便。企业信息化有利于企业增强企业核心竞争力，提高企业整体管理水平，降低企业的生产经营成本。因此，企业进行信息化建设已是刻不容缓的当务之急。 论文建立在前人对于企业信息化建设的理论基础和研究成果基础上，以北京数字天域科技有限责任公司为研究对象，通过查阅文献资料、实地调查等方式对北京数字天域科技有限责任公司信息化建设现状进行全面了解，并通过定性分析研究得出存在网络分配不合理、没有充分应用发挥现有软件系统作用、管理人员对信息化认识不足等问题。针对这些问题，提出公司实施网络差别化分配、充分利用现有软件系统的各个功能、加强管理人员信息化认识，推动公司信息化建设步伐等一系列切实可行的解决对策，优化北京数字天域科技有限责任公司信息化建设的思路。 关键词：企业信息化；企业管理；办公自动化；信息化 Research on Present Situation and Countermeasures of Beijing Tianyu Digital Company Information Construction Abstract：Since the 1990s, with the high-spreed development of computer network technology, human has been promoted into the information age. The world of the networking and informational has improve the efficiency of the human production greatly. That brings great convenience of peoples social life. Enterprise information technology will help to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises, to improve the overall management level, and to reduce the cost of production and operation of enterprise. So it’s an urgent priority for enterprise information. The thesis has based on the theory foundation of enterprise information and research results which were writing by previous people. Through the access to literature and fieldwork, and then the author finds there is unreasonable distribution network, not fully use the existing software systems, lack of knowledge of information technology through the qualitative analysis. For these problems, proposing implement different distribution network, and making full use of various function of software system, strengthening the understanding of information technology of managers, promoting the pace of information technology for company by a series of feasible solutions.
