Party A hereunder includes Party A and the affiliates it represents except as otherwise provided herein. Reference shall be made to Appendix 1 with respect to the name list and invoicing information of Party A and its affiliates. Party A is willing to purchase from Party B and Party B is willing to provide to Party A the transportation service and other related services (“Transportation Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract. During the term of this Contract, this Contract shall automatically apply to any new additional affiliates of Party A upon Party A’s notifying Party B of its representation of such new additional affiliates and providing Party B with Authorization Letters issued by suchadditional new affiliates if such new additional affiliates need purchase the Transportation Services under this Contract.
