摘 要 改革开放以来，科技产业尤其是高新技术企业取得了举世瞩目的成就，为促进我国的产业结构升级和国民经济的发展做出了巨大贡献。在全国高新技术企业得到蓬勃发展的大环境之下，长沙市高新技术企业逐渐发展成为长沙市经济建设中的重要力量。但是长沙市的高新技术企业存在着总体规模偏小、产业结构发展不平衡等现状，导致了长沙市高新技术企业在融资过程中存在内源融资数量有限，外源融资困难重重等融资问题。本文将长沙市高新技术企业的融资问题作为研究对象，首先对长沙市高新技术企业的现状以及融资过程中存在的问题进行分析，寻找导致长沙市高新技术企业融资问题产生的原因，结合长沙市高新技术企业发展的特点与长沙市的融资环境，并着力于寻找解决的办法。在文章主体的最后一部分，从企业自身建设和构建适合长沙市高新技术企业发展的宽领域、多层次的融资体系等方面阐述了解决长沙市高新技术企业融资难问题的对策。希望通过本文传递的信息，给长沙市高新技术企业融资问题的解决带来一点启示，为长沙市高新技术企业的发展做出一点贡献。 关键词：长沙市；高新技术企业；融资 ABSTRACT Since the reform and open policy, science and technology industry especially high and new technology enterprise have achieved remarkable success, for promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure and development of national economy made great contribution.
