Many teachers are not accustomed to these new requirements at work, thus accumulatively causing some insurmountable teaching problemsIn practice, although the solutions for teaching puzzles may vary, teachers’ daily teaching and research activities are basic and should be practical. Since for many ordinarily-staffed schools that lack leading teachers of particular subjects, a single teacher is seldom able enough to solve the problems. Brainstorming and teamwork areneeded. However, in reality, traditional teaching and research methods play a limited role in addressing teaching problems. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement and improve the traditional teaching and research methods. Microteaching can exactly play this roleAs a form of teaching and research activities, microteaching records key parts of classroom teaching with a video camera, and a teaching and research group will discuss some key acts in the teaching through a replay of the video. Microteaching, which is characterized by video recording, replay research, decomposition and comparison, is of great vitalityThe present research undertakes a survey of the current classroom teaching. It finds that classroom teaching problems lie in that teachers cannot adroitly exercise various teaching skills, students are not given adequate independence, cooperative learning in classroom cannot develop effectively, and a harmonious, democratic, and innovative classroom culture cannot take shape. This has undermined classroom teaching and the fulfillment of the new curricula reformThe present research, based on the analysis of classroom teaching problems and the strength of microteaching and from the perspective of teaching and research management, puts forward the management strategies on microteaching in terms of deciding microteaching plans and systems, organizing its activities
