我国粮食最低收购价政策的实施效果分析 ? This thesis analyzes the effects of the implementation results of minimum purchase price policy by investigating the effects of price support from macroeconomic perspective and the effects of farmers’ revenue protection from microeconomic perspective. The effects of price support are analyzed by constructing theoretical models and statistical analysis of national grains wholesale market price data and major grains producing areas’ purchase price data during 2005-2009. And then models of farmers’ behavior of selling grains are established, so the effects of farmers’ revenue protection can be analyzed by simple linear regression models with the data obtained from the Department of Rural Economy Research of State Council Research Center’s field survey in Hubei and Jiangxi Province in 2006. The results indicate that the implementation of minimum purchase price policy has gained price support effects in general; the existence of transaction costs has negative impacts on the farmers’ revenue protection, and the delay of the policy implementation, short of state owned purchase spots and the differences in purchase prices of grains with different qualities being not reflected might strengthen the negative effects.
