城市老年人居住建筑设计研究 摘 要 世界人口老龄化是当今世界各国普遍关注的重要课题。据世界银行统计和预测，目 前全世界五个老年人中就有一位中国老人，到2030 年，这个比例还将上升。该统计表 明，我国正在加速迈进人口老龄化社会。 伴随年龄的增长，人类的生理、心理和行为特征将顺应自然规律呈现出一系列变化。 这种变化随着老龄人口在人口基数中所占比重的升高，对当代住宅建筑设计产生了深 远影响。同时从人文关怀角度出发，为年事已高的老年人提供一个功能更加合理，环境 更为舒适的居所，不仅仅是整个社会的义务，更是建筑设计行业从事者的责任。 本课题正是基于上述背景展开研究。建筑与人是相互作用的主客体关系。人的行为 决定了建筑的本质内容，建筑通过实体语言又影响着人的生活行为方式。但建筑存在的 根本意义还是服务于人，因此本文首先研究老年人的生理、心理和行为特点，通过对该 群体特征的分析得到一系列影响住宅建筑设计的因素。 建筑究竟如何满足老龄群体的特殊需求？带着问题，笔者通过对国内外老年人养老 模式及居住现状的研究，发现不同的养老模式将产生不同的适老化建筑设计模式。基于 国内养老模式的现状分析以及对西安地区老年人居住现状进行的问卷调研，最终得出几 种不同养老模式下的住宅建筑设计模式。 本文通过老龄化社会背景下的适老化建筑研究，旨在改善我国老年人的居住现状， 使建筑能够更好的服务于人。并希望此研究对进一步完善我国住宅建筑体系产生积极意 义，从而促进社会和谐化进程。 关键词：老龄化 养老模式 家庭养老 住宅设计 I Abstract The aging of world population is an important task that attracts great attention from every country in the world. According to the statistical result and prediction of the World Bank, now the senior population in China accounts for 20% of the senior population of the whole world and the proportion will continue to rise at 2030. The statistical data shows that China is entering an aging society with an increasing speed. With the increase of age, human’s biological, psychological and behavioral features will change to follow the natural law. Together with the increasingly higher rate of aging population in the population base, this change has resulted in profound and lasting influence in the design of modern residential buildings. Besides, from the perspective of humanistic care, it is not only the duty of the whole society but also the responsibility of the architectural designers to provide senior citizens the abode with more reasonable functions and more comfortable environmen
