2017届毕业设计说明书 课题名称：《北京地铁车门机械系统的检修》 摘　　要 随着城市化进程的加快,地铁交通迅速发展并逐渐在现代城市交通中担任着越来越重要的角色。由于受到其自身发车短间隔、运量大的特点,地铁车辆必须在较短的停车时间内迅速完成乘客上下车,所以塞拉门系统因其良好的综合性能被广泛使用。但是由于其结构复杂,安装困难,开关门动作繁复,所以塞拉门可靠性问题一直饱受诟病。 本文详细介绍了的基本原理、组成，重点介绍了系统的检修调试，深入了解各个故障的发生原因和解决办法， 关键词：塞拉门系统 检修调试 维护保养  ABSTRACT With the speeding up of urbanization process, the rapid development and gradually subway traffic in modern city traffic holds more and more important role. Due to its short interval grid, large capacity, the characteristics of metro vehicle must be finished parking in a shorter period of time quickly getting, so the plug door system is widely used because of its good comprehensive performance. But due to its complex structure, difficult installation, open closed action is heavy and complicated, so the plug door has been much-maligned reliability problems. This paper introduces the basic working principle and the constitution of the plug door, plug door system has been introduced with the maintenance and debugging, maintenance, deep understanding plug door every fault causes and solutions, based on the metro vehicle in the actual operation occurred in the process of the plug door fault is analyzed and summarized, to draw out of the subway vehicle plug door fault tree, and to simplify and merge, it is concluded that the sierra door which components failure rate is higher, high hazard degree for plug door system failure mode of maintenance advice and maintenance plan.
