: : : - 1 - Clinical Studies of External Application of DiYu Gao in Treating Patients with hemorrhoid surgery postoperative complications Abstract ObjectiveTo observe the effect of external application of DiYu Gao on patients with hemorrhoid surgery to treat clinic symptoms such as ache dropsyhemorrhage and so on. Methods Experrimental study 1.Dermal Irritation Test:10rabbits were randomly divided into two groups(the treating group and the controlling group)which were treated with the application of DiYu Gao and physiological saline.The cutaneous reaction were observed at 12,24,48,72hours respectively.2.Dermal Sentization Test :The target parts were applied with DiYu Gao after the target skin of both sides of 10 guinea pigs were depilated.The reaction were observed 2 weeks later. Clinical Observation : 60 hemorrhoid patients were divided into 2 groups at random; The treatment group was treated with external use DiYu Gao The control group was treated with external use MaYingLong ZhiChuangGao Both group were treated twice a day.After a course of treatment(6 days).The symptom as ache dropsy hemorrhage were chosen as the observing criterions,which were calculated as 0,2,4,6 points respectively based on asympotom mild symptom serious symptom.Observation and statistics were - 2 - maken both before and after the treatment.
