Test Commissioning No Load Test: Individual Equipment Process Bag Filter No of pages / Equipment Item: Issue Date: 27th Oct., 2008 Rev: R01 Item N° Sheet No. MPT - Single Machine Electrical Protection Interlock Test; MPT - 单机设备保护联锁测试 Check of lubrication and others prior to start 润滑和启动前检查 Lubrication 润滑 All parts are filled with lubricants correctly prior to start. And the lubrication label shall be put up nearby. (check the label’s correctness with the QCP lubrication schedule) 在启动前，所有的部件已经正确添加了润滑油。并且已润滑标签应当贴在润滑点附近。 油脂 Bearing of the rotary feeder on bag filter (if any) 收尘器回转下料器（如果有）的轴承 □ □ Safety Check 安全检查 No inside the process bag filter and dust; 检查所有的压缩空气管已连接好 All safety device are installed and functioning; 所有安全防护装置安装到位 Safety signs and danger tape must be put up 所有安全安装到位 □ □ □ Mechanical check and adjustment 机械检查和调整 Check the for the tightness of their anchor bolts, check the connection of coupling; 检查收尘地脚螺栓是否紧固 No debris inside the process bag filters, bag filter and dust. Close all inspection doors/holes; 检查收尘器内部无杂物，关闭所有的检查孔门 Open the valve at the inlet air pipe, check and adjusting the pressure of compressed air before process bag filter. Air pressure must be = 5bar 打开进气管路阀门Check the rotary feeder(if have) normal operation. Check that the mounting of the speed monitor switch is secured. 检查回转下料器（如果有）转动是否灵活，测速开关是否已安装 Check the flap valve (if have) for normal operation (the position of the counter-weight should allow the flap to swing back to closed position after discharging material) Check that the mounting of the position switch is secured. 检查重垂翻板阀（如果有）动作是否灵活，重垂位置是否合理，接近开关是否已安装 Check that bags cages are properly installed. 检查滤带及带茏安装情况 Check that all sensors on casings ducting are properly fixed. 检查外壳保护传感器安装 Check that the earth cable is unbroken and still in position (cable theft!). 检查电缆外观情况安装位置 Ensure that the manual knife gates at both the inlet outlet ducting are opened before start
