But,the township enterprise in their development process has many problems,such as the financing difficulties,management level is not high, lacking in technological innovation,the industrial structure is not rational.These problems have seriously restricted the sound development of the enterprise.Thus,in the new period,and discuss how to solve the problems existing in the development of enterprises,promote the further development of township enterprise expansion,will have very important realistic meaning and profound significance. This paper expected purpose is through the data access,collect data,combined with the actual analysis of the development of township enterprises in henan province,status quo and the existing problems and introducing relevant policy,finally puts forward the solution,form a high quality papers in henan province to the sustainable development of township enterprises play a role.
