毕 业 论 文 关于会计电算化人才培养机制的思考 学生姓名： 学 号： 学院名称：会计学院 专业名称：会计电算化 指导教师： 山东女子学院教务处制 2011年 12月 04日 关于会计电算化人才培养机制的思考 摘要 财政部要求道2001年80%的基层单位要实现会计电算化，建立满足现代企业管理的新一代会计信息系统是会计电算化的发展趋势。为此，高等学校要不断提高会计电算化师资水平, 胜任会计电算化的教学。加强学生会计电算化实践，培养高素质的具有创新能力的会计电算化人才, 任重道远。 会计电算化是应用电子计算机处理会计业务的通俗名称，是基于会计凭证、会计账簿、会计报表等核算工作，将原来的手工方式转变为电脑核算，提高会计核算的工作效率的技术手段。“会计电算化”一词提出来已有 20多年，它强调的是对传统会计处理手段的电算化。因此，这种电算化仅仅是把计算机当作高速运算的工具，模拟手工会计模式去完成原有的数据处理任务。这种工具论的思想导致会计软件的开发思路依然沿用传统的会计循环理论，只追求如何模拟手工会计处理流程，替代手工处理方法，忽视了应用现代信息技术去改造传统会计。 本文主要通过对会计电算化人才培养的现状加以分析，结合我国会计电算化的特点和实际情况，在进行了相关资料收集、整理及研究的基础上，对我国会计电算化的发展提出了一些措施。 关键词：会计电算化；人才培养； Accounting computerization about mechanism of talents training of thinking ABSTRACT Ministry of Finance requirements to80%in2001toachievetheprimaryunitofcomputerized accounting, the establishment of a new generation to meet the modern enterprise management accounting information system is computerized accounting trends.
