某白车身安装点动刚度对标分析及模拟方法研究 张秋霞 乔鑫 李飞 华晨汽车工程研究院 CAE 工程室 【摘要】白车身安装点动刚度反映汽车的主要激励与车身间的传递特性,对驾驶室振动 和噪声控制有重要意义,对车身安装点进行动刚度分析和优化能够显著地提高整车的NVH 性能。利用MSC.Nastran 软件,对BIW 左前减震器安装点、发动机悬置安装点进行动刚度 分析,依据试验状态及试验方法改进有限元模型安装位置局部模拟方法,结果表明:仿真与 试验曲线吻合,仿真与试验方法准确可靠,为后续的白车身优化和改进具有重要的工程指导 意义。 【关键词】白车身,动刚度,MSC.Nastran,对标 A benchmark analysis and simulation method research about the dynamic stiffness of BIW’s mount point 1* 2, 3 Zhang qiuxia , Qiao xin Li fei , Brilliance Automotive Engineering Research Institute body CAE engineering section,Shenyang 110141 Abstract : A transmit characteristic between body in white’s interface response and the main excitations was reflected by the dynamic stiffness of mount point about body in white, which has an important significant for controlling the noise and vibration in the driving room. The vehicle’s NVH performances could be significantly improved by the simulation analysis and optimization for the BIW dynamic stiffness. The dynamic stiffness of the left damper dome of front suspension and engine mount were carried out by MSC.Nastran. The simulation method of the mount point was changed based on the test condition and method. The results show: the simulation result was in agreement with the test curves. The methods of simulation and test were accurate and reliable. The application has an important guiding significance to the continuous optimization and improvement in engineering.
