龙口海域软岩巷道围岩变形规律分析分析-采矿工程专业论文

摘要龙口北皂煤矿是我国第一个进行海下采煤的矿井。北皂煤矿海域煤系地层松软破碎, 巷道变形难以控制。本文通过室内试验、现场数据观测和数值模拟,分析得出了海域软 岩巷道的变形规律及应力场分布规律。其研究成果对解决海域巷道支护问题具有重要的 参考价值。本文主要进行了三个方面的观测研究工作:一、通过室内试验,测试了北皂煤矿海 域岩石单轴应力状态下的全应力应变曲线,进行了岩石三轴应力测试,还进行了岩石水 理性质、矿物成分和微观结构等测试。二、通过现场矿压观测,获得了大量的巷道围岩 变形实测成果,并对观测成果进行了整理分析。总结了巷道变形特点,得出了围岩变形 规律。三、利用空心包体应力计法,进行了北皂矿海域地应力测量,得出了龙口海域地 应力场分布规律,为井巷断面形态优化、方位的合理选择及巷道支护等提供了科学依据。 最后采用有限元数值仿真方法,结合北皂海域-350m 变电所、水泵房巷道现场实际情况, 进行了巷道在不同支护情况下围岩应力分布和位移规律研究,模拟了支护引起的围岩收 敛变形移动。关键词: 软岩巷道岩石力学特性地应力测试有限元数值仿真AbstractLongKouBeizaocoalmineisthefirstminewhichcanexcavatecoalundertheseainourcountry.TheseaareacoalmeasurestratainBeizaocoalmineissoftandcrackedandthedeformationofroadwayisdifficulttobecontrolled.
