中 南 大 学 现 代 远 程 教 育 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 墩柱施工实习调查报告 姓 名 专 业 土木工程 层 次 高起专 入学时间 2010年春季 管理中心 学习中心 指导教师 2012年03月1日 摘要 随着经济飞速的发展，我国的高速铁路建设也呈现出突飞猛进的势态。本文主要分析了高速铁路桥梁建设中高墩施工技术的难点、施工方案和施工的关键技术。通过熟悉设计文件、研究施工图纸及现场核对、原始资料的进一步调查分析、施工前的设计技术交流、制定施工方案、进行施工设计等要点，介绍了铁路桥梁施工技术。就一般钢混结构桥梁主要部位中的墩身在施工过程中的主要工艺流程，并就技术方面的控制进行探讨。重点对墩柱钢筋安装、模板安装、砼灌注及养护的细节进行探讨，注重细节将决定整个墩柱的整体质量。 关键词：墩身 钢筋安装 模板 测量 放样定位 养护 细节 Abstract With the rapid economic development, Chinas high speed railway construction also appears to make a spurt of progress trend. This paper mainly analyzes the high speed railway bridge construction technology in high pier construction difficulties, construction scheme and key technology. Through the design, construction drawings and documents on the spot check, data analysis, further investigation before construction design technical communication, construction scheme, construction design points, introduces the construction technology of railway bridge. The general reinforced concrete structure for main parts of the bridge pier during construction process, and the technical aspects of the control are discussed. Focus on the pier column reinforcing bar installation, installation, concrete pouring and curing template details are discussed, with attention to detail will determine the quality of the whole pier column.
