摘要 仓储系统作为物流系统的子系统，其运行效率的评价和优化一直是企业所关注的问题。而一般仓库规划设计受人为因素干扰比较大，缺乏一定的科学分析，效率较低。随着科学技术的发展，Flexsim作为最新的系统仿真软件，具有强大的建模、分析能力，已经广泛应用于制造仿真、仓库存贮、和物流管理仿真，是物流系统规划的理想选择。本设计通过使用Flexsim仿真软件，结合ABC分类法和SLP系统布置法对A公司的仓库进行规划设计。 根据的现状，Flexsim仿真对初始方案进行模拟，发现，通过多次模拟运行后的数据对比，确定最终方案。通过本次仿真旨在让更加了解系统仿真广泛的应用性，更加深入的了解仿真软件Flexsim，。 关键Flexsim仿真软件 ABC分类法 SLP法 布局 Abstract Warehousing system as a subsystem of the logistics system, the siness concern to evaluation and optimization of the operating efficiency. But the general warehouse planning and design lack of scientific analysis. With the development of science and technology, Flexsim as the latest system simulation software, has been widely used in warehouse management simulation. This design by using the Flexsim Simulation Software, combined with the ABC classification and SLP layout method to planning and design the warehousing in company A. According to the status of Company A, the first step is the needs analysis of simulation model.Next,do the outline design and feasibility analysis, specifically addressed the used design ideas and the theories and tools. At last,use the flexsim Simulation simulate the initial program simulation, find the lack of the initial program, and then optimize the design, through the comparison of data determine the final plan. The simulation allow the company more in-depth understanding of the simulation software, early complet a low-cost warehouse, to bring good results for the company.
