摘要 本文设计的小区停车场管理系统，是一个采用非接触IC卡进行身份识别，以中央计算机作为管理中心实现PLC控制的网络管理系统。本文以单个车库为例设计PLC控制道闸的开启与关闭、照明系统的车位引导和排风系统的运转。并对管理系统中使用的几种专用硬件设备的硬件设计过程进行介绍，列举了提高专用设备可靠性并降低其成本的技术措施。最后介绍基于PLC小区停车场管理系统软件的需求分析和功能模块划分。 本文针对采用微机作为控制器的停车场管理系统可靠性、环境适应能力与抗干扰能力差，系统开发工作量与难度大，安装使用维护困难等问题，提出一种运用可编程控制器（PLC）对住宅小区停车场汽车进出及停放指示进行管理的方案，此方案大大提高了设计效率，维护周期短且调试方便，成本较低，可供开发停车场管理系统的人员作参考。 关键词：非接触IC PLC 停车场智能控制车位管理Abstract In this paper, the design of the area car park management system, is a non-contact IC card used for identification to a central computer as a management centre to achieve PLC control of the network management system.
