摘要 汽车制动系是用于使行驶中的汽车减速或停车，使下坡行驶的汽车的车速保持稳定以及使已停驶的汽车在原地（包括在斜坡上）驻留不动的机构。汽车制动系直接影响着汽车行驶的安全性和停车的可靠性。制动系统应包括2套独立的制动系统，行车制动系统和驻车制动系。制动系一般包括鼓式制动器和盘式制动器两种。轿车一般采用前盘后鼓的制动形式。中重型汽车一般采用前后都是鼓式的制动形式。制动系统的驱动机构主要有液压式和气压式两种。轻型汽车一般采用液压。中重型汽车一般采用气压驱动形式。本次设计为中型客车的制动系统。采用前后两轮皆凸轮式领从蹄式制动器，驱动形式为气压式双回路驱动形式。 关键词：鼓式制动器 盘式制动器 气压式驱动 Abstract The automobile braking system was used to decelerate or to stop the running automobile, make sure the automobile which is on downhill travel vehicle speed maintenance to stabilize as well as to cause the automobile which stopped trips at in-situ (including in pitch) to be resident the motionless organization. The automobile braking system is affecting the automobile travel security and the parking reliability directly. Braking system including two set of independent braking systems, driving braking system and in motionless braking system. Generally speaking, the braking system includes the drum brake and the disc brake two kinds. The passenger vehicles always choose the front tray the back drum brake form. And the heavy automobile uses the form which of drum both front and back. The braking system driving mechanism mainly has the hydraulic pressure type and the steam pressure type two kinds. The light car uses the hydraulic pressure generally. The heavy automobile usually uses the barometric pressure actuation form. This design is for medium passenger train braking system. Around uses two turn all cam types to lead from the horseshoe brake, the actuation form actuates form for the barometric pressure type double return route. Key word: drum brake disc brake air pressure-driven 1 绪论 车辆制动系统在车辆安全方面扮演着至关重要的角色.特别是近年来,随着车辆技术的进步和汽车形式速度的提高,这种重要性越来越明显.所以,研究客车制动对于汽车和社会生活有着很重要的意义. 汽车制动系是用于使行驶中的汽车减速或停车，使下坡行驶的汽车的车速保持稳定以及使已停驶的汽车在原地（包括在斜坡上）驻留不动的机构。汽车制动系直接影响着汽车行驶的安全性和停车的可靠性。随着告诉公路的迅速发展和车速的提高以及车流密度的日益增大，为了保证制动性能的良好，制动性能可靠的汽车，才能充分发挥其动力性能。 汽车制动系至少应有2套独立的制动装置，即行车制动装置和驻车制动装置；重型汽车或经常在山区行驶的 汽车要增设应急制动装置及辅助制动装置；牵引车还应有自动制动装置。 行车制动装置用于使行驶中的汽车强制减速或停车，并使汽车在下坡时保持适当的稳定车速。
