供应链管理中的供应商选择研究 摘 要 供应链管理在制造业管理中得到普遍应用，成为一种新的管理模式。供应商作为供应链制造资源输入的源头是供应链的基础，决定了供应链是否成功供应链合作伙伴的选择是建立供应链战略性合作关系的基础。因此供应商选择成为供应链管理的核心环节之一。论文首先阐述了供应商选择的相关理论产生的背景，强调了与供应商建立战略合作关系的必要性；对供应链与供应链管理的概念与内容进行阐述，并在此基础上总结了供应链管理供应商选择的特征、原则和步骤。，通过D公司的案例分析供应商选择的要求与标准，以及供应商评价指标体系。通过对现有的供应商评价选择方法的分析，提出了一种基于层次分析法的评价方法关键词：供应链供应链管理供应商选择层次分析法 Research of Supplier in the Supply Chain Management ABSTRACT Supply chain management has been commonly implemented in manufacturing management. It has become a new management model. As the source of manufacturing resource, the performance of supplier influences the whole chain directly. So supplier selection has become one of the core steps of supply chain management. This paper firstly expounds the supplier selection of supply chain management theory and the research background, emphasizes the strategic partnership with the supplier of the necessity, Secondly, expounds the concept and content of supply chain management, and on this basis, summarizes the supplier selection of supply chain management, the principles and characteristics of the study. Finally, based on the case analysis,we know supplier selection of requirements and standards , and the evaluation index system of selecting suppliers of D company ,Through the case of existing supplier evaluation selection method,it is proposed based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to select the evaluation method, the D company needs qualified supplier.
