The system allows users at any location to monitor the target area.We adopt Framework of A to achieve the function of Multi-channel monitoring，use Base64 encoding and decoding algorithm ,TCP and UDP protocol to process and transport images,apply H.264 video compression algorithm to compress videos,introduce based motion estimation for moving object detection algorithm for moving object recognition. The system has a home fire safety and security, caring for patients, monitoring functional warehouse stores, very suitable for the go, a patient at home and shop owners and other groups.When the abnormal condition monitoring sites the user can immediately receive SMS tips, at the same time the system will automatically record a video and voice warning issued.
