摘 要 随着经济的发展,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中胜出,就需要一套有效的业绩评价体系,平衡记分卡就是这样一个业绩评价系统,它通过确认和展示一系列财务指标和非财务指标,帮助实现企业战略,并帮助员工理解和支持企业的发展目标。平衡记分卡对传统的评价方法进行了改进,企业在运用时要注意结合自己的实际情况,为提高经济效益服务。首先在探讨了企业绩效评价的基础理论和平衡计分卡的思想与内容后,客观地研究了平衡记分卡的特点及其在企业绩效评价中的应用现状,利用平衡记分卡进行企业绩效评价的优越性分析,并在此基础上完善了平衡记分卡在企业绩效评价中应用的思路与方法,并列举了平衡记分卡在企业绩效评价中的应用案例,通过对具体公司应用平衡计分卡进行绩效评价的情况,提出在应用中遇到的问题,以及解决的方法,来完善平衡计分卡在企业绩效评价中的应用。 关键词:平衡计分卡;企业绩效评价;经济增加值 Abstract Along with the economical development, the competition between enterprises is intense day by day, the enterprise that wants to win in the intense market competition, needs a set of effective achievement appraisal system, the balanced scorecard is this kind of achievement evaluation system, it through confirms and demonstrated that a series of financial norm and the non-financial norm, help to realize the enterprise strategy, and helps the staff understanding and the support enterprises development targets. The balanced scorecard the assessment method has made the improvement to the tradition, the enterprise when the utilization must pay attention unifies own actual situation, to raise the economic efficiency to serve. First after having discussed the enterprise achievements appraisal basic theory and the balanced idea branch customs station thought and the content, has studied the balanced scorecard characteristic and in the enterprise achievements appraisal application present situation objectively, the use balanced scorecard carries on the enterprise achievements appraisal the superior analysis, based on this and has consummated the balanced scorecard in the enterprise achievements appraisal the application mentality and the method, and has enumerated the balanced scorecard in enterprise achievements appraisal application case, through applies the balanced idea branch customs station to the concrete company to carry on the achievements appraisal the situation, asks question which meets in the application, as well as the solution method, consummates the balanced idea
