PLAY “NUMBER” Review numbers form one to one hundred. 3. SIMON SAYS Turn left. Turn right. Go straight. 二New Concept 1. ROLE-PLAY T: Excuse me. I’m lost. Where is the library? S1: Go straight/turn left/turn right. S2: I can show you. Here it is. 2. DEMONSTRATE Write I’m lost on the blackboard. Point to the words as you and the students say them a few times. 3. Play the audiotape for N1 as the students follow in their books. Discuss the dialogue. a. Where is Danny? What is Danny looking for? What is a map? What does the man say? 4. ROLE-PLAY T: Where is the Nan guan School? S: (speak the way in Chinese) T: (pretend to be confused) I don’t understand. Please speak slowly. Write I don’t understand. Please speak slowly.
