湖南化工职业技术学院 毕业论文 JIT采购有效实施探析 学生姓名： 454 学 号： 200905044444 专业班级： 1231231231 指导老师： 123 2011年 11 月 12 日 JIT采购有效实施探析 摘 要 JIT作为一种先进的物资采购模式和管理方法，已越来越为企业所重视，80年代以来，西方经济发达国家非常重视对JIT采购的研究与应用，据资料统计，到目前为止绝大多数的美国企业已经开始全部或局部应用JIT采购方法，并取得了良好的应用效果。但由于实施JIT采购对企业的基础工作、人员素质、管理水平等要求较高，因此在我国实施JIT采购方法的企业数量还不太多，应用水平也有待于进一步提高。本文通过描述企业实施JIT的现状，特别是实施过程中出现的各种问题，分析原因，并试图找出企业有效实施JIT采购的途径方法，但在实际应用过程中，手段因具体企业和运作方式而不同，国内企业只有在实践中不断探索，才能寻找和确立自己的JIT方式，真正把握JIT管理方式的精髓，更好利用JIT这一管理利器，不断提高企业竞争力，促进企业长足发展。 关键词：JIT 采购 问题 途径 JIT purchasing effective implementation of the article JIT as a sort of advanced materials purchase mode and management, already more and more enterprises to 80 s, western developed countries attached great importance to the research and application of JIT purchasing, according to statistics, by far the most American firms have started to all or partial application JIT purchasing method, and has obtained good application effect. This paper describes the present situation of the enterprises to implement JIT, especially the implementation of various problems appeared in the process, analyze the causes, and tried to find out the effective implementation of the enterprise JIT purchasing approach, but in practice, the method for specific enterprise and ways of operation and different, domestic enterprises only in practice is exploring, and to look for and establish their own JIT way, really grasp the essence of JIT management way, better utilize JIT this management tool, and constantly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and promote enterprises rapid development.
