东北财经大学开放本科毕业论文 我国家族企业管理存在的问题及其对策 以苏州超联光电有限公司为例 作 者： 院 系： 专 业： 工商管理 年 级： 学 号： 指导老师： 答辩日期： 成 绩： 内容提要 改革开放20多年来，我国私营企业得到迅速发展，其中90%以上是家族企业，家族企业的发展对我国经济出巨大贡献。然而在我国，存在着一系列亟待解决的问题。其中，家族企业管理中表现的问题最为突出，它是导致家族企业难以长期的一个最根本的问题目前，处于创业和成长阶段的家族在管理中暴露出来的问题越来越多，相当一部分家族企业在高速发展到一定规模时，都遇到自身成长过程中“跳不出”也“绕不过”的一些门槛和瓶颈。：、、家族企业通过自身不断完善，在未来的中国社会中必将大有为！ Abstract Since more than 20 years of reform and opening up, Chinese private enterprises, of which more than 90% are family businesses, have developed rapidly, family enterprises have made great contribution to Chinese national economy. However, in our country, because family businesses in development are influenced by multiple factors, issues demonstrated in management of family businesses are the most prominent, it is one of the most fundamental issues resulting in that the family businesses are difficult to survive and develop in long term. At present, family businesses in the phase of beginning and developing expose more and more issues, a considerable number of enterprises in rapid development to a certain size have met some threshold and bottlenecks that are “cannot jumping out” and also “cannot bypassing “ in their own process of growing up. According to a survey, there are three major drawbacks for family enterprises:unscientific decision-making process lead to errors, inadequate organizational structure is inadequate and human resources management mistakes. These points to a large extent, has seriously hindered the development of family businesses, and there is an urgent need to resolve them, family enterprises can improve the management level through such measures as establishing scientific decision-making procedures, going on organizational reform, improve human resources management and so on.
