Researchofthe3D ReconstructionTechnology Basedon Range-imageAbstractWiththedevelopmentofcomputervisionandcomputergraphicstechnologies, theapplicationfieldsexpandedfromrobot navigation,visioninspectiontovirtual reality,andtheyarebeusewidelyinpreservationofculturalrelics,biomedicine, buildingconstruction,designandmanufactureofmachine.Comparedtothetraditional reconstruction,image-basedreconstructiontechnologyisfasterandeasier,andthe3D informationoftheobjectcanbeobtained,andthereconstructionmodelshavebetter authenticity.Thispaperintroducedsomeknowledgeabouttherangeimageandtheprocess of the3Dreconstructionbasedontherangeimage.Thepretreatmentofthedata, registrationofthe rangeimage andthe 3Dreconstructiontechnologyare emphasizesin 3D reconstruction. The contentsofthe paperasfollows:Thepretreatmentofthepointclouddata.Thispaperdoessomeresearchon noisepointsandsimplifying.Thek-dtreebasedonmedianisusedinrandompoint cloudforwipingnoise,andefficiencyinspeedandresult,andthecharacteristics ofthe dataare contained.Themixturemethodofrandomsamplingandcurvaturesamplingis usedforsimplifying.Itcanreducethenumberofthepointcloudandcontainthe details ofthe originaldata also.Theregistrationoftherangeimage.Theregistrationistheemphasisin3D reconstruction.Thepaperproposedanew“coarse-to-fine”thoughtofregistration basedonthegeneticalgorithmandtheICPalgorithm.Thepaperusedthegenetic algorithminroughregistration,anditeratingtheresultoftheroughregistrationbythe ICPbasedonthesquaredistancefunction.Thegeneticalgorithm’spowerfulglobal optimalsearchcapabilities,theindependenceoftheproblemdomainandtherobust nature ofits applicationcanimprove the stabilityofICPalgorithm.3Dreconstruction.Thepaperanalyzedseveralcommonmethodsof3D reconstruction,andpresented thetheoryandtheprocessoftheDelaunaytriangulation.In the same time, the Laplacian smoothing is also introduced.
