Research on Reducing the Peak-to-Average PowerRation in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing SystemABSTRACTOrthogonalFrequencyDivisionMultiplexing(OFDM)techniquehashighbandwidth efficiencyandgoodcapabilitytoresistmulti-pathinterference.Itwasconsideredoneofcore technologies,whichtransmitdatainahighlyspeedunderwirelessenvironmentinthenext generationofmobilecommunicationsystem.Butitspeculiarmodulationmethoddetermines the OFDM systems are Peak-to-Average Power Ratio(PAPR).Thepoweramplifierwhichlies inthetransmissionportmustneedwiderdynamicrangeandsendingPowerisextremelylow. Atthesametime,theconverterofA/DandD/Aarebecomemorecomplex.ThushighPAPR limitOFDMtechnologyapplication.ThispapermainlyresearchhowtoreducePAPRinthe OFDM system, we make the simulation using the MATLAB software.ThisthesisdiscussedthreekindsofmajortechnologiestoreducehighPAPRonthebasis oftheprincipleofOFDMsystem:pre-distortiontechnologytechniques,codetechniques, scramblingtechniques.Throughthesimulationanalysis,thetechnologiesabovehasacertain limitation,thatisone-sidedpursuitofinhibitingPAPR,withoutconsideringPAPR computation and complexity of the algorithmand the performance of the system.Basedonaboveanalysis，thispaperpresentstwoschemestoreducePAPR,thatispre-judgetechnologycombinewithclippingtechnologytoreducePAPRandadaptive technology combine with clipping technologyto reduce PAPR. Through MATLAB simulation analysis,thefirstkindofschemereducePAPRwhileimprovestheperformanceofthewhole system,atthesametimeithasalowercomplexitytorealizeit,sotheschemeisfeasiblein realcommunicationsystem.ThesecondkindofschemesinhibitPAPRwhileimprovethe performanceofthesystem,itisrealizeautomaticallycompromisebetweenPAPRreduction andsystemperformanceimprovement.Theparameterscanadjusttotherequirements automatically,sousingadaptivecommunicationsystemcanadapttoactualcommunicationautomatically,thiswillincreasetheadaptabilityandintelligentofthecommunicationsystem.
