摘 要工业的发展离不开机器设备，机器设备在生产中占据着极其重要的位置，因此，生产车间的机器能否正常运行很大程度上决定了生产的进度，进而生产车间存在的机器维护问题就成了首先要解决的难题。本文针对车间机器的维护展开研究，首先学习了排队论的基础知识，并了解了排队论在车间机器维护中的应用以及机器维护中存在的排队系统问题。其次，学习仿真软件Arena，利用Arena建立机器维修的仿真模型。针对此课题，先建立了相同规格机器的仿真模型，然后在此基础上，将机器分为新旧两种情况并建立仿真模型。模拟车间机器作业的过程，通过仿真模型得出仿真的结果，通过观察结果，得出随着时间推移系统中顾客与服务台之间的关系。在这个仿真系统中，故障机器视为顾客，维修人员视为服务台。同时，分析了机器维修系统中机器的可修性，为机器维修的可行性提供了理论基础。分析完机器维护的相关问题，基于排队论建立维修人员与故障机器的数学模型，根据故障机器维修与损坏的速率绘出相关的状态转移图，并以此写出相关转移矩阵，结合Matlab，计算出系统中各个状态的概率。通过改变机器维修与损坏的速率，可以确定维修人员的数量随着修复率的增大会相对减少；随着损坏率的增大维修人员数量会相对增加。最后，观察服务台与顾客的关系，通过实验分析该方法的有效性和可行性。关键词：仿真；排队论；顾客；服务台；维修人员AbstractThe development of the industry cannot do without machines and equipment, machinery and equipment in production occupies a very important position, therefore, whether the normal operation of the machine production workshop largely determines the production schedule.Therefore, it is the first problem to be solved in the field of machine maintenances.This paperstudies the maintenance of machine in workshop.
