机械电气工程学院本科毕业设计(论文) 题 目： 多功能健身洗衣机的设计 院 （系）： 机械电气工程学院 专 业：? 机械设计制造及其自动化 学 号： 姓 名： 指导教师： 完成日期： 摘 要 本设计为一种新型实用多功能健身洗衣机，它包括机架、变速装置（带轮传动、齿轮传动和锥齿轮传动）、洗衣、脱水桶、靠背和脚踏健身洗衣机组成。本健身洗衣机采用模块化设计，分为洗涤模块和脱水模块：洗涤模块通过机架做圆弧转动带动齿轮做往复转动，变速后经锥齿轮传到洗衣桶；脱水模块通过脚踏板由带轮传动到齿轮传动，变速后经锥齿轮传给脱水桶。同时也分为动力模块和执行模块，两个模块可拆开，方便携带。机架上安装有座椅、扶手，座椅和扶手高度可调，适合于不同身高的人群；同时把洗涤、漂洗和脱水三个过程在同一桶中完成，使健身洗衣机实现了多功能和一体化，进一步提高了洗衣机的自动化程度。通过更改齿轮的啮合来实现洗涤与脱水，所产生的噪音小，在锻炼身体的同时也清洗了衣物，既能健身又能洗衣服，可全面提高身体素质，训练上下肢和腹肌的协调能力，具有实用性强、结构合理，充分利用能量、环保节能等优点。同时因为不需要电源而不耗电，环保节能，减轻了消费者一定程度上的经济负担。 关键词：健身 洗衣机 洗涤 脱水 全套图纸加153893706 Abstract This design is a new kind of multifunctional exercise-whasher. It includes frames, gear change mechanism(gear-driven、gearrack-driven and wimble-driven etc)、laundry barrel、dehydrate-barrel and pus-bike. This kind of washer adopts modularize design, it divides washing and dehydrate parts. The washing modularize is made to-and-fro movement accroding frames circle movement to rack by link halum. It is passed to laundry-barrel afer changing rate. Meantime ,it consits of drive and administrate parts, they are easy to take and cant be divided. The chair and handrail are fixed on the frame, height can be modulated and fit for different person with different heights. It carrys laundy and dehydrate out by alterlating gears mesh. So it makes little noise and take exercise, washing clothes at the same time. Taking exercise as well as washing. It can train the banlance of the upper and lower limes to develope our body entirely. It has many strongpionts as practicability、well done structure、take full advantage of energy ect. Meamtime, it doesnt use electric enenergy ,so it protects the evironment and saves energy, lighten the weight of customers economy on a certain extent.
