我国开发可再生能源企业的融资渠道分析 摘 要 当前世界能源供应形势严峻，我国常规能源面临着巨大挑战，这提出了发展可 再生能源的必要性和紧迫性。从减排温室气体、保护环境和创造就业机会等方面阐 述了我国发展可再生能源的战略意义。 本文主要根据开发可再生能源企业特点及融资特点进行理论分析，并通过可再 生能源的企业生命周期各阶段所需资金特点，对各阶段的融资渠道进行选择性分 析，分析各阶段可采用何种融资渠道。并针对开发可再生能源企业各时期的融资特 点，研究寻找适合这些企业自身特点的融资渠道以及选择各渠道应掌握的融资策 略。 本文的研究可再生能源企业的发展及怎样选择合理的融资渠道具有积极的现 实意义 关键词：可再生能源 融资 渠道 I 我国开发可再生能源企业的融资渠道分析 Abstract It is a meaningful energy strategic policy to develop renewable energy for reducing greenhouse gas emission, environmental protection and solving energy supply problems to promote our country’s development. The dissertation based on the characteristics of the enterprises which develop renewable energy, analyzed the different features of their financing during the different stage of the enterprises’ lifecycle and discussed what kinds of suitable financing channels could be chosen during their different stage of the lifecycle. According to the above financing features during the different stage of the lifecycle, researched the enterprises how to choose the suitable financing channels during their different stage of their lifecycle and adopt what kind of financing strategies. The related research has some positive realistic meaning for the development of enterprises that develop renewable energy and for the enterprises to choose the related suitable financing channels.
