摘要 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE IV  PAGE 7 1200型原煤破碎机总体结构设计 摘 要 本次课程设计的任务是与课题组同学完成1200型原煤破碎机设计，转子结构的设计、传动机构的设计等。原煤破碎机的设计主要使煤块破碎，同时便于煤和轩石分选。 立式反击破碎机是通过立轴锤式破碎机引进与消化吸收，立式反击破碎机的破碎过程是通过式被破碎。一般由进料口加入到排出成品，在破碎腔内只用2～3s的时间。所以物料通过量比较快，生产率比较高。被破碎的物料在机体内呈螺旋运动下落，使物料得到充分的破碎。 这次毕业设计研究课题的内容是与课题组同学共同完成1200型原煤破碎机设计，绘制全套生产用图纸并撰写说明书。设计的过程是： 1、查询相关资料，以及参考老师建议进行速度的初步选定； 2、方案的论证以及基本外形的确定； 3、主要零件尺寸的基本确定以及相关计算； 4、主要零件的寿命校核以及强度校核以及相关计算； 5、整体装配的校核与检验； 设计方法：通过查阅相关建材机械的文献资料了解原煤选择破碎机的工作原理，然后进行数据处理，结构分析计算完成关键零部件强度分析及整机设计，使用CAD软件制图，并且重点看现在实际生产中有那些不足的地方，经常出现故障的部位，以及出现故障的原因。通过将实际问题理论化，运用理论知识建立模型，选择出解决问题的最有效最经济的方法，再对所选择的方案校核，最终达到对原煤破碎机部分做一些改进，使其能够更高效的工作。 关键词：原煤破碎机，进料口，生产率，破碎腔 1200type coal crusher structure design ABSTRACT This course design task is complete 1200 students with research type coal crushers design, the design of the rotor structures such as the design of the transmission mechanism of coal crushers design is mainly made of coal and broken, facilitate at the same time coal and porch stone sorting.
