Methods:360patientswithmyocardialischemiaandlatentcoronaryheartdiseasein ourhospitalfromJune2013toJune2015were selected,andalltheselectedpatients were performed 64 slice spiral CTcoronary artery imaging, including 155cases of coronary artery stenosis, and a ompanied by different properties atheromatous plaque. Coronary artery stenosis situation,plaque type andnumber ofplaque were observedandanalyzed. Results: All the coronary artery stenoseswere mild stenosis and moderate,mainly concentrated in the left main and left anterior descending branch (35.48% and 37.42%respectively).Hardplaquewasthemostcommonplaque(75.43%),followed by mixedplaques and softplaques(16.19% and 8.38%respectively). Four coronary with hard plaques simultaneously were the most common condition (29.03%), the condition of hard and soft plaque coexist were(29.03%) in four coronary artery ; hard plaque with softplaque, mixed plaque simultaneouslywas 14.84%,and there wasnopatientswithpuremixedplaquesorsoftplaque. Conclusions: Coronary artery stenosis of patients with latent coronary heart disease were mainly mild stenosis and moderate stenosis, coronary artery plaques were mainly hard plaques. Sixty-four slice spiral CT could a urately evaluate plaque properties in latent coronary heart disease , and has high application value clinicalwo
