毕业设计(论文) 题 目： 栅条滚筒式干果分级机设计 学 院： 农业工程与食品科学学院 专 业： 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 毕业设计（论文）时间：二О一О 年 三 月一日 ～ 六月 十七 日 共 十五 周 摘 要 在国内外干果分级设备研究的基础上，开发出一种生产率高、作业质量好、能耗低的新型干果分级设备——栅条滚筒式干果分级机。 通过对各文献的阅读及经验借鉴，对栅条滚筒式干果分级机某些细节进行必要的改进和技术上的提高，以使其更适合生产要求及有更强的适应性。然后，按照设计要求，对栅条滚筒式干果分级机的参数进行选定，并通过已知公式的计算，确定该机械的各部分的尺寸，依据各尺寸对该机器的各零件进行选用校核，并最终将各零件装配成形，在设计计算的前提下，得到所需要的新型栅条滚筒式干果分级机。 关键词：干果，栅条滚筒式，分级，设计 Abstract On the basis of research on s dried fruit sorting machine at home and abroad , a new-type dried fruit sorting machine with high productivity, high processing quality and low energy consumption--dried fruit sorting machine of grid cylinder By reading the literature and learning experience from it,there are some improving enhancing on the details of the sorting machine and its technical,to make it more suitable for production requirements and more adaptive.Then,in accordance with the design requirements,we select the parameters for dried fruit sorting machine of grid cylinder,and according to the calculation of the known formula to determine the mechanicals all parts of the size, based on the size of various parts of the machinery we do the checking and selection of the parts.After all the work being done, we assembly forming the various parts in the design.Ultimately we have the machine that we needed.
