摘 要： 河南心连心公司化肥厂是一个年产35万吨合成氨和68万吨尿素的大型化工企业。共有液化气罐区、合成氨装置和尿素装置等高温、高压和易燃、易爆的危险点25个。为确保这些危险点和装置的安全，该厂以安全管理现场化为基础，以安全管理标准化为目的，以安全操作规范化为根本，把安全管理重心下移，目标上移，责任前移，对关键装置要害（重点）部位实施领导干部定点承包，定时参加班组安全活动，对其承包点进行检查，督促隐患整改，帮助解决存在的不安全因素。不仅如此，要发掘存在于生产工艺、设备、设施、作业环境等方面潜在的危险、危害因素，分析和预测可能产生的事故状况及造成的危害。有针对性地提出消除、预防或降低生产过程中危险性的防范措施和控制对策，促进企业实现本质安全化生产。 关键词：安全评价 安全管理Henan is a heart company of 35 tons of fertilizer ammonia and 68 million tons of urea large chemical enterprise.
