Golden Melody Awards * Since she hit the music scene in 2000 , Stefanie Sun Yan Zi has made great strides in the music world . Her phenomenal career has taken her from Singapore to Taiwan , Hong Kong to China , where her popularity sky-rocketed . When her first album won many awards , including local radio station FM 93.3’ Most Promising Artiste accolade , many predicted great things for her . 2003 This year was the hardest year in her life . She was the hottest singer that year , she has countless fans she won a lot of reputation and money. But she has the enormous pressure which she has never met before. She was so tired .And the song in the album released next year also showed how lonely she was ,no one could understand her even her parents. She had to give up her career at that moment. I listened to her song for the first time when I was 14 .I couldn’t believe that such a inspiring voice was from a thin and small body. The true feeling in her song moved me deeply. “There is never a girl of 22 sings like her ”this sentence was written on her first album. As it goes , I’ve never heard any singer sings like she does before .since then, her song accompany me till now. Her song taught me how to face the pain in my adolescence, how to bestir myself ,never give up my dream and even how to love. She was a fantastic singer ,also , she was a normal person ,and she will be my idol 4ever! *
