基于TRIZ的高技术服务业管理创新研究.docVIP

摘要 在全球化的激烈竞争中，快速开发具有自主知识产权的高技术及其产品，已成为提升国家、区域和高技术服务业综合竞争力的关键。为了改变我国多数高技术服务业自主创新能力和创新效率较低，且核心技术和关键技术受制于国外的不利局面，2008年国家科技部基于“自主创新，方法先行”的理念，选择黑龙江和四川两省作为首批推广先进创新方法的试点省份，大力推广和普及由前苏联发明家阿奇舒勒(Altshuller)提出的TRIZ理论。TRIZ理论是一套先进的创新理论体系，已在三星、西门子、波音、福特和诺基亚等国际著名的高技术企业中获得成功应用，且创新效果十分显著。 但是，TRIZ理论的应用必然会导致服务业企业创新要素之间的协同关系、创新资源的整合方式、创新过程等发生变化，因此企业要获得较高的创新效率和理想的创新效果，必须采用与TRIZ理论相匹配的创新模式与管理方法，这对提高我国高技术服务业的自主创新能力具有十分重要的作用。 因此，设计对基于TRIZ理论的高技术服务业创新模式、管理方法及其应用保障机制，并进行实证研究，为我国高技术服务业应用TRIZ理论提供一套先进科学的创新管理理论方法，可为政府相关部门推广TRIZ理论提供理论指导和科学依据。 关键字 TRIZ理论，高技术服务业，创新模式，管理方法，自主创新  Abstract In the fierce competition of globalization, rapid development of high-tech products with independent intellectual property rights has become the key to enhance national, regional and high-tech enterprise competitiveness.
