在師資培育中實施情緒教育之實踐經驗與展望 在師資培育中實施情緒教育 之實踐經驗與展望 饒見維 國立東華大㈻課程設計與潛能開發㈻系教授 摘 要 本文先探討情緒涵養的意義,並進而探討為什麼要重視教師的情緒涵 養。教師的工作壓力和情緒有密切的關聯,而教師的情緒又直接影響教師的 教學效能。基於此,本文作者從民國八十八學年開始嘗試在國立花蓮師範學 院的初等教育學系中透過開設情緒管理的課程來針對師資生實施情緒教育, 並以行動研究的精神持續反省檢討,逐漸改進此課程(後來改名為〔情緒涵 養〕)。 本文除了說明〔情緒涵養〕的演變與發展過程外,並探討〔情緒涵 養〕對師資生的正面影響、〔情緒涵養〕對師資生產生影響的機制、〔情 緒涵養〕的困難或瓶頸。最後作者根據實施情緒教育之經驗探討師資培育中 實施情緒教育之建議與展望。 關鍵詞:情緒涵養、情緒教育、師資培育 教育研究與發展期刊(第六卷第一期) 2010.03 65 Journal of Educational Research and Development 在師資培育中實施情緒教育之實踐經驗與展望 The Experiences and Future Visions of Implementing Emotional Education in Teacher Education Jian-Wei Rau Professor, Department of Curriculum Design and Human Potentials Development, National Dong Hwa University Abstract This paper firstly explores the meaning of emotional cultivation and the importance of emotional cultivation for teachers. The job stress of in-service teachers is closely related to emotions, which directly influence teachers’ teaching effectiveness. Based on these views, the author offered a course on Emotional Management to improve the pre-service teachers’ emotional cultivation since 1999. The author employed an action research to improve this course, which was renamed Emotional Cultivation subsequently. This paper describes the process of developing this course and explores the positive influences of this course on pre-service teachers. Besides, this paper also explores the mechanism of how this course make the positive influences and the difficulties met in this
