毕业设计论文-易燃液体罐区风险评价研究.doc

摘 要 由于易燃液体具有易挥发蒸气、易燃易爆性、受热膨胀性、易聚集静电、高度的流动扩展性，与氧化性强酸及氧化剂易产生作用，具有不同程度的毒性等特性，使得易燃液体的储存运输存在着极大的危险性。特别是在易燃液体的储存环节，由于危险物质的数量巨大、种类复杂，使得易燃液体罐区通常具有极高的风险等级。因而非常有必要对易燃液体罐区潜在危险性进行风险评价和评估，并对有关风险的特性和预防措施有所了解，以降低其可能带来的危害性。本文总结了近年来业内通常采用的适用于对易燃液体罐区进行风险评价的几种方法，在对比分析的基础上，最终选用了池火灾和蒸气云这两种的风险评价方法来探讨对易燃液体罐区的风险进行评价，并对具体的易燃液体罐区的风险性进行了实证分析。结果表明，这两种方法在评估易燃液体罐区的风险性方面有着较高的可靠性，可较为真实的反应易燃液体罐区的风险水平，并为如何降低易燃液体罐区的风险性提出了防范措施。因此，本文为确定易燃液体罐区合适的风险评价和研究方法提供了理论和实践依据，对降低易燃液体罐区的事故风险、保证罐区的安全运营有一定的参考意义。 关键词：易燃液体罐区 风险 池火灾 蒸气云  ABSTRACT Flammable liquids steam volatile, flammable and explosive, thermal expansion, and easy to build up an electrostatic high degree of liquidity expansion, and strong acids and oxidants oxidative easy to produce an effect, with varying degrees of toxicity and other characteristics, makes flammablestorage and transportation of the liquid there is a major risk.
