本科学生毕业论文 论文题目： 专业社工在社区早期教育工作中的介入研究 学 院： 政府管理学院 年 级： 2008级 专 业： 社会工作 姓 名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2012 年 5 月 10 日 摘要 随着社会的发展，生活节奏的加快，留守儿童的增多，社会问题层出不穷。如何提高社区内工作人员的素质，以解决社会问题保障社会稳定成为了一个重大问题。社会工作在国外已经有一百多年的历史，而且确实能够帮助人们解决许多问题。但是在我国开展的却并不顺利，不能真正的解决一些棘手问题，所以本文通过在社区内以开展早期教育的方式来扩大社会工作的影响，同时帮助人们解决孩子的成长问题。 目前社会工作还不为广大人们群众所熟知，而限于条件不足。本文通过把社会工作与孩子教育结合起来的方式来增加社会工作在社会上的作用，这样一方面有利推广社会工作在社区内影响力，另一方面有助于改善社会工作者的尴尬地位。同时还能很好地开展孩子教育，帮助社区内的家庭解决孩子无专业人士看管的情况，为社会分担负担。 关键词 早教；社会工作者；社区；社会工作 Abstract With the development of society, the quickening pace of life, children left behind an increase in social issues are emerging. How to improve the quality of staff within the community to solve social problems to ensure social stability has become a major problem. Social work in a foreign country has 100 years of history and, indeed, can help people to solve many problems. But China did not go well, not really solve some thorny issues, so I hope to carry out early education in the community to expand the impact of social work, to help people solve the problem of child growth. Social work is not for the majority of the masses of people well-known, but limited to conditions. I hope to combine social work with childrens education to increase the role of social work in the community, on the one hand beneficial to the promotion of social work in the community to influence the other hand, help to improve the awkward position of social workers. While good childrens education, help families deal with children without supervision of professionals within the community for the community to share the burden.
